Rita is the "Property Manager" of the
Coronado Community. She has been with Coronado for 26+ years and,
along with her excellent staff, provides a well-maintained,
peaceful, and friendly community.
Our "Maintenance Supervisor," Keith, is
originally from Park City, Utah. He is very versatile,
knowledgeable and is excellent at taking care of all the maintenance
needs of the property in a timely manner.
The "Resident Manager" of Coronado
Apartments, Cheryl, comes to us originally from New Jersey. She is
excellent at remembering all of our residents by name! Cheryl is a
graduate of Regis University in Denver with a degree in psychology."
